Important Registration Notes

• The conference takes place in-person: in order to foster interactions and discussions, it is not possible to participate online. Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis after receiving the registration payment. To request an exception, please submit a detailed and motivated description of your case to the General Chair, cc-ing the TPC chairs and publication chair.

• At least one of the paper authors needs to register at the author’s rate (member or non-member). The author registration cannot receive a student discount. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one registration is valid for one (1) paper.

• We have reserved a block of rooms at the conference hotel; however, they could not be granted after November 24th. Call the Hotel to see if there are still rooms available at the discounted rate, they may even help you to find alternative accommodations if they are fully booked.

The registration fees for WONS 2025 are listed in the table below, and they are inclusive of:

• Web-based participant's proceedings

• Conference pack

• Welcome reception

• Coffee breaks

• Social dinner
